Even if you're not an "old timer," this is an early Costa Rican station that you may remember from your own DXing--La Voz de la Victor, which was active into the 60's on 9615 kHz. Here's how it all started. That really grand looking 1935 card in the upper left, though used as a QSL, appears to be a card designed to report reception by station owner Perry Girton. Back then the station was TI2PG. It soon became TIPG, broadcasting on 6410 kHz., as the 1936 card at the top right and the 1938 card above show.
